Time-Tagged Time-Resolved Fluorescence Data Collection in Life Sciences

A method commonly applied to study fluorescent species is Time-Correlated Single Photon Counting (TCSPC). In many applications, however, it is of great interest to determine not only lifetimes but also record information on the fluorescence dynamics. Capturing the complete fluorescence dynamic can be achieved by applying the so-called Time-Tagged Time-Resolved (TTTR) mode to the TCSPC method. TTTR is based on recording the arrival time of all photons relative to the beginning of the experiment.
