AMS Technologies Acquires Azpect Photonics

AMS Technologies announced, that Sweden based Azpect Photonics will join the AMS Technologies team. The acquisition creates the largest pan-European consultancy and solution provider for Optical, Power and Thermal Management Technologies.

Combining Azpect's and AMS Technologies' knowledge and teams will create great synergies for customers and partners in the Nordic countries, providing local technical expertise and customer service which is supported by a pan-European operations backbone.
