Tescan Finished Transformation to a Public Limited Company
In the beginning of May 2010, Tescan finished its long-prepared transformation from a limited liability company to a public limited company.
Tescan is a Czech company based in Brno. Its distribution network covers countries all over the world, and it ensures service and customer support provided by well-trained staff. The Tescan brand has built its reputation particularly in designing and manufacturing scanning electron microscopes and system solutions for various applications. Almost 100% of the company's production is exported, and Tescan devices are used, among others, in crime laboratories in the US or Russia and in companies throughout Europe and Asia.
