Visualization Sciences Group SAS (VSG) announces that it has signed a definitive agreement on Sep. 2 under which VSG acquires Noesis SA, an image processing and analysis software company.

Visualization Sciences Group (VSG) is a provider of 3D visualization software and graphics toolkits for engineers, scientists‚ and applications developers. VSG provides 3D software technologies for scientific data visualization‚ engineering and simulation, materials science and earth sciences.

Noesis is a company in the field of image processing and analysis software. For more than 20 years it has been developing solutions for scientific and industrial laboratories for their image processing needs.
