Read Out Faster than Video Rate...

The cooled pco.1600 CCD camera records images with its high resolution of 1600x1200pixel at 30 fps (which is faster than a PAL video stream) in 14bit dynamic. It is cooled with a maximum temperature difference of 50°C versus ambient temperature. The camera system has up to 4GB image memory in the camera (camRAM).

On-the-fly Firmware

IDS Imaging Development Systems announced new functionality for its cameras of the GigE uEye SE and RE series. As of driver version 3.60, these cameras now support the transfer of images at the sensor's full color depth. The extended functionality provided by the new firmware is available immediately through a simple driver update in the PC.
