TMS-Report Software Integrates Digital Surf’s Mountains Technology

Digital Surf has announced that Polytec will update TMS-Report software to the latest generation of Digital Surf's Mountains Technology.

The TMS-Report software is an advanced surface analysis solution for Polytec's TopMap and TopSens surface topography analyzer product lines. The software is available on different levels and significantly extends the capabilities of Polytec's TMS-software for surface data acquisition and evaluation.

Polytec's TopMap and TopSens product lines address the surface metrology market with high-precision non-contact 3D profilometer technology and offer a broad range of solutions for many different industrial quality control and R&D applications. They enable high resolution determination of the micro/nano topography of functional surfaces, including soft materials, and rapid characterization of surface texture and geometry. In particular, TopMap white light interferometers with large field of view and very large scan range offer solutions for flatness and step height measurements.

The TMS-Report software will be launched in Europe, Asia and the United States between May and November 2012.
