In-situ Stain Free Cell Monitoring

BioPhase is an imaging device from PhaseView with capability of simultaneous acquisition of intensity and phase data at ultra high resolution, providing qualitative cell imaging and accurate quantitative measurements including key benefits.
Time lapse monitoring of 3D cell morphology can be performed without contrast agents with related photo toxicity and without specialized optics for free space manipulation. Cells can remain in situ in their growth medium using standard incubation flasks, Petri dishes or multi well plates.
