The diode pumped laser Zouk from Cobolt is a compact, true continuous wave (CW) solid state laser at 355 nm. The wavelength of 355 nm is particularly useful for efficient excitation of DAPI, Hoechst 33342 and Indo-1, common fluorophores used in stem cell research, DNA analysis and Ca2+ experiments. more
