M&M 2011 paper submission site is open: Every attendee is invited to submit his two-page paper for consideration and acceptance at the Microscopy & Microanalysis 2011 Meeting in Nashville, Tennessee. To facilitate the submission of papers for reviewing and scoring, they must be submitted using the on-line submission system available here.  more

Stronger Than Ever in its Anniversary Year

Laser World of Photonics China celebrates its 5th edition from March 16 to 18, 2010. Ever since its debut in 2006 the trade fair has repeatedly proved its role as the biggest platform for laser and optics technology. In 2010, over 280 exhibitors from 18 countries and districts will participate at the Shanghai New International Expo Center in Shanghai. The organizers expect more than 25,000 professional visitors. more

Photonics West 2010 in San Francisco

Every year in the last week of January the photonics community meets in California (USA) at the Photonics West conference and exhibition to present and discuss latest photonics research. After several years of exceptional growth, the event moved from San Jose to San Francisco. Participants mostly welcomed this change because of better transportation and accommodation facilities in San Francisco. And again, the meeting has grown further. Among the four sub-conferences the BiOS meeting with its five program tracks was the biggest one. more
