diSPIM from ASI
A Perfect Solution for Live Specimen Imaging
- Read Whitepaper
Selective Plane Illumination Microscopy (SPIM) is an extremely cell-friendly method for live specimen imaging as it only illuminates the region of the sample that is being captured and minimizes phototoxicity and photobleaching.
ASI's system has several advantages including low phototoxicity, rapid 3D imaging, better axial resolution than other systems, higher acquisition rates, and the ability to use conventional sample mounts.
